The service is provided free of charge for individuals, educational institutions, researchers, photographers, and creative businesses worldwide.

3. Display Hardware Safety & OLED Care Notice
Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED, QD-OLED, AMOLED) displays can experience differential subpixel wear if a static, non-moving color is left illuminated continuously at maximum 100% hardware brightness for days or weeks on end without variation. While normal studio sessions of several hours are completely safe, users should not leave any static solid screen illuminated unattended for hundreds of consecutive hours on sensitive OLED panels.
4. Photosensitivity & Candlelight Flicker Advisory
RedScreen.net includes an optional "Atmosphere FX" mode with a Candlelight Flicker effect designed for dynamic cinematography and video shoots. This feature intentionally modulates display brightness. If you or anyone in your environment has a history of epilepsy, seizures, or photosensitive migraines, please do not activate the flicker effect.
5. Intellectual Property
The design layout, logos, custom CSS animations, color presets formulation, editorial guides, and software code on RedScreen.net are the property of RedScreen.net. You may not scrape our website to deploy a direct deceptive clone or redistribute our branding without prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
RedScreen.net is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we meticulously calibrate our software for color accuracy and display responsiveness across modern browsers, we make no guarantee that the tool will meet every photographic color grade without manual hardware monitor calibration.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RedScreen.net and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service or any third-party display hardware.
